For what purpose are your data collected and processed and on what basis?

Data collected through the https://expracing.com/ website are collected in order to handle enquiries addressed to us via the contact form (Article 6 item 1 letter a of GDPR) and to manage users’ comments – Article 6 item 1 letter f of GDPR.

Data are also collected for the purpose of marketing and information about our current offer – Article 6 item 1 letter f of GDPR.

Personal data shall be processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the Agreement – Article 6 item 1 letter b of GDPR.

 

Who is the recipient of your data?

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to do so by law (e.g. law enforcement authorities in case of a suspected crime) and entities with which CPD cooperates, i.e. the company supporting us in the provision of IT services, the company responsible for the design of our website, as well as the company providing mailing services.

 

Do we transfer personal data to a third country or international organizations?

Personal data will only be processed by us in the European Economic Area and we currently do not plan to transfer data outside this area or to international organizations.

 

Will the data be processed automatically?

Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be subject to profiling.

 

What rights do you have in relation to data processing?

With respect to the processing of your personal data you have the right to:

  2. rectify/update the data,
  3. delete the data,
  4. restrict the data processing,
  5. transfer the data,
  6. object to the data processing,
  7. withdraw your consent given at any time, but the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal,
  8. file a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

 

When will we respond to your request regarding data protection?

CPD shall examine the requests made immediately, but no later than one month after receipt. If, however, due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests, CPD is unable to process the user’s request within the time limit indicated, CPD will inform the user of the intended extension of the time limit and indicate the time limit for processing the request, but not more than 2 months.

 

Do you need to enter your personal data?

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to post a comment on the website or to use the contact form.

 

How long will your data be processed?

Personal data will be stored for the duration of the agreement and after its termination in order to fulfill CPD’s legal obligation, including pursuing possible claims. After this period, your personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

Where consent has been given to the data processing, the data shall be processed until the withdrawal of such consent.
